Chicken - Noodle with Paprika



  • 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken pieces ( cut into 3/4 inches )
  • 2 cups of uncooked noodles
  • 2 bacon slices ( cut into 1/2 inch sized pieces )
  • 12 ounces of chicken gravy
  • 14 ounces of chicken broth ( ready-to-serve )
  • 1/2 sour cream cup
  • 2 small sliced green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 4 half boiled eggs


In 12 inch non-stick skillet cook bacon over medium heat,
Stirring occasionally until crisp.
Remove all bacon and keep remember to one tablespoon drippings from the skillet.
Add chicken to bacon and drippings.
Cook about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until chicken is golden brown.
Stir in chicken gravy, paprika, green bell pepper and chicken broth.
Heat to boiling, stir in noodles.
Heat to boiling, then reduce heat to medium heat.
Cover and cook about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until noodles are well tender.
Remove from heat, Stir in sour cream and serve with eggs.

Time: Approx. 30 minutes, 4 Servings
