Leeks and Beef in Spicy chili Sauce

LEEKS AND BEEF IN SPICY CHILI CHEESE


INGREDIENTS: 

1 pound of beef boneless sirloin steak ( cut into 1/4 inch strips )
1 tablespoon chili oil ( or vegetable oil )
Cooked noodles or rice ( hot )
1 tablespoon chili puree with garlic
16 ounces frozen broccoli
Carrots
Water chestnuts
red pepper
2 cups thinly sliced leeks

DIRECTIONS : 

Heat skillet ( 12 inch ) over high heat. 
Add chili oil, rotate skillet to coat side.
Add beef and leeks, stir-fry about 2 minutes. 
Add broccoli mixture ( broccoli, carrots, water, red pepper and Water chestnuts ) .,
Stir - fry about 3 - 4 minutes or until beef is brown and vegetables are crisp - tender.
Stir in chili puree.,
Cook and stir about 30 - 40 seconds or until hot.
Serve with hot rice or noodles. 

Time: Approx 25 minutes, 4 Servings
