Linguine-Chicken Casserole

LINGUINE-CHICKEN CASSEROLE


INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 Cup chicken broth
  • 10 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 9 ounces linguine ( refrigerated, uncooked) 
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken ( cut )
  • 2 medium onions
  • celery
  • parsley
  • bell pepper
  • 1/2 cups of shredded cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 8 x 8 x 2 inches square saucepan.
Place uncooked linguine in a suitable colander, rinse with hot water about 20 seconds and drain. 
Mix linguine, celery,  parsley, bell pepper, chicken, chicken broth and soup in pan.
Uncovered, bake about 36-40 minutes or until bubbly around edges.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Uncover and bake  about 4 minutes. ( or until cheese is melted ) 

Time: 55 minutes, 6 servings
