Pizza Monterey



  • 1 cup cubed ham ( fully cooked )
  • 10 ounces refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 16 ounces frozen broccoli
  • Cauliflower and carrots, thawed
  • 8 ounces cups shredded cheese 
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing


Heat the oven to 425 degrees.
Lightly grease pizza pan ( 12 inch ) or use a rectangle pan ( 13 x 9 x 2 inches ) 
Unroll the dough, and press into pan.
Bake it for 8-10 minutes until light golden brown.
Sprinkle 4 ounces of shredded cheese over baked dough.
Cut large pieces of vegetables into bite size pieces if necessary.
Spread cooked ham and vegetables over dough.
Drizzle with ranch dressing.
Sprinkle with remaining 4 ounces of shredded cheese.
Bake about 13-15 minutes or the pizza crust us golden brown.
Serve warm.
