Turkey Patties

TURKEY PATTIES


INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 pound seasoned turkey patties
  • 1 fresh orange
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/3 stir-fry sauce
  • 16 ounces of stir-fry  vegetables

DIRECTIONS:

Grate one teaspoon peel from orange. Cut orange in to thin slices. 
Mix stir-fry sauce, sugar and orange peel.
Spray 12 inch skillet cooking spray.
Heat over medium high heat and cook turkey in skillet about 2-3 minutes until chicken light brown.
Move turkey to one side of the skillet.
Add vegetables and stir-fry sauce mixture to the other side of the skillet, Then stir to coat vegetables with the sauce.
Heat to boiling, reduce heat ti medium heat.
Cover skillet and cook about 12-13 minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender.
Stir in orange wedges, serve turkey topped with vegetable mixture ans serve.

Time: 25 minutes, 4 servings
